ACE ESP is the most reliable ESP sensor available in the world with a 99% of all units produced, still in operation. The extreme durability of these sensors render them virtually indestructible. Drop tested from 6400 ft (with a motor on top), the sensor continued to work and within specification. The ACE downhole unit is a completely sealed and welded device. ACE tools are routinely pulled from destroyed, contaminated, burnt motors and re-run immediately without requiring factory or shop service. Many ACE sensors have been deployed more than 20 times on replacement pumps and motors without any sensor service required.
